You obviously are interested in a healthy lifestyle; otherwise, you would not have expressed an interest in the Body for the Ages Wellness Philosophy. What I recommend, I believe not only saved my life, but it also made me a national bodybuilding champion. However, good judgment and the need to CMLF (cover my legal fanny) requires that I caution you to consult with your doctor, before adopting any part of or the entire Body for the Ages Wellness Philosophy.

The Wellness Philosophy includes our premier program of:

The Body for the Ages Online Wellness Program

This wellness program includes, but is not limited to, the book, a Training Assessment Form that require your personalized response, a CD, teleseminar and webinar information, website information, consultations (by phone, email, in person, or otherwise…email and/or web forms are the usual protocol), Personal coach guidance, our Panel of Experts, and our Products for Life, Protein and Pyruvate.

Significantly, you should understand and are hereby informed (as required by the FDA) that the intent of the Body for the Ages Wellness Philosophy is not to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, nor has the program been approved by the Federal Drug Administration.

Stated more succinctly, the purpose of the Body for the Ages Wellness Philosophy is to reduce known health risks, which originate from the normal aging process and are reflected in certain negative lifestyles.

The fact that we humans all function on the same physiological principles lends credence to the idea that what I did for myself might work for you. The flipside of this concept is that within the same similar functioning physiology, we all have variances in how our bodies will respond to stimuli, food, supplements, exercise, aging and environment. For example, some of us appear to age faster, and develop more wrinkles in our skin. Women go through menopause at different ages. Some people exposed to poison oak get a rash on the first exposure; others take several exposures. And, most assuredly, some of us can run faster than others. These general physiological processes are identical in all of us, but function to varying degrees.  This later fact is one key reason to expect the Body for the Ages Wellness Philosophy to impact different people in different ways.

Similarly, we don’t all have the same degree of response to any drug, supplement or even food. Some people get drunk from one drink; others have to consume an entire bottle.  The point is that any person, supplement company, or drug firm recommending a health regime to reduce medical risks of any type, and telling you that you're going to get a specific result or that there is no possibility of negative side effects, would be either stupid or a liar, or both.  Thus, Body for the Ages makes no guarantee of success.

Body for the Ages makes no warranty, nor implied warranty, of any kind and is not responsible for errors of any kind in the Wellness Philosophy, or any results, or damages of any kind caused by information or use of equipment.

I trust you get my message that I'm not promising you that you will not die, if you have a medical condition, or that you will get perfect results by following my regimen.

Not withstanding, I want to share with you my successful results, and I wouldn’t, or couldn’t, write this letter if I had not had positive results!

Good luck and enjoy the journey!
